Diné Development Corporation Announces Strategic Executive Promotions to Advance Efficiency and Innovation

Scottsdale, AZ – February 17, 2025 – Diné Development Corporation (DDC), a premier IT, engineering, and professional services provider, is proud to announce the appointment of Jen Creamer to Chief Business Officer and the appointment of Dale Ward to Chief AI & Innovation Officer. These moves were made to enhance organizational excellence and to keep DDC at the forefront of a rapidly changing technological landscape.

Ms. Creamer has played a key role in advancing DDC’s operational excellence and strategic direction since joining the company in 2022 Beginning her tenure as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer, she quickly demonstrated a strong ability to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and strengthen enterprise-wide operations. In recognition of her leadership and results, she assumed expanded responsibility for Corporate Operations and was ultimately promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations in 2025. In this role, Jen continues to lead the transformation of DDC’s Shared Services into a fully integrated Business Enablement organization in support of the company’s continued growth.

In her new role as Chief Business Officer, Jen will continue to lead enterprise-wide business optimization strategies. Her two decades of experience in organizational leadership, large scale strategy execution, and transformational change, including leadership roles at Fortune 500 organizations, have helped position DDC for sustained success.

Dale Ward’s promotion to Chief AI & Innovation Officer recognizes his vision for establishing innovation as a formal business capability at DDC and advancing an AI-first operating model. As Executive Vice President of Innovation, Dale created the Innovation 2.0 operating model, grounded in DDC’s heritage-inspired accountability and mission-first ethos, and built the Strategic Innovations Team into a scalable enterprise function delivering a robust portfolio of Solution Accelerators embedded across our customer missions.

Anticipating AI’s transformation of the consulting industry, Dale authored and is leading DDC’s AI-first strategy, positioning the enterprise and its offerings through compliant AI infrastructure and agent-enabled workflows that enhance decision-making, knowledge management, and mission execution.

A 30-year IT veteran and recognized authority in data and AI, Dale has led the development of enterprise strategies for multiple DoD organizations, with prior work recognized by the 2020 Innovation in Government Award. Known for his servant-leadership approach, Dale will continue to scale innovation and responsible AI in service of DDC’s customers and the Navajo people.
