U.S. Air Force Logistics Information Technology and Data Management (LODM) Functions Support
Under this IDIQ contract, DDC IT Services supports the U.S. Air Force A4 Enterprise, consisting of Logistics, Security Forces, and Civil Engineering, across all Major Commands (MAJCOMs). We advance the USAF A4/10 AFMC A4NE Enterprise Integration Branch (EIB) directive to promote standardization through data management (DM) across the Logistics enterprise. Our team supports more than 175 USAF systems in delivering system engineering and IT services to establish, execute, and sustain integrated DM; deliver data analytics tools and services; and support legacy IT capability initiatives with emerging IT architecture and DM technologies. Our team’s performance with the EIB community resulted in “Exceptional” CPARS ratings in 2021. Our achievements have directly contributed to the transformation of the enterprise as a data-driven organization which has enhanced operational agility and secured global warfighter resources.

DISA Mainframe Line of Business (MLOB) East and West
DDC IT Services supports the DISA Operations Center Services Directorate MLOB in providing centralized mainframe information system processing services to a diverse group of DoD agencies. Our team delivers technical, application, and operational support for both East and West sites to install, maintain, secure, operate, optimize, and monitor operating systems (OS) in support of DISA Mission Partners worldwide. We perform system, network, security, programming, administration, configuration, storage, and software engineering of IBM z/OS, z/VM, zLinux, LinuxONE, and Unisys OS. We ensure the maintenance of these mission-critical applications on a 24/7/365 basis. The DISA client noted the following on our 2021 CPARS report: “The personnel that DDC ITS provided to manage the contract have been of very high caliber with experience on average well past that of what is required. Indian Health Service (IHS) Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) Software Quality Assurance and Product Support Services
As a vital healthcare tool, RPMS serves as IHS’ primary health IT system. DDC IT Services supports 107 RPMS and associated applications implemented across 500+ Tribal facilities that deliver healthcare services to 1.5 million Tribal members nationwide. Our team provides IT services in support of the RPMS, including software quality assurance and control; software testing and installation; training coordination; user support; documentation remediation; and release management. We continually assess the software lifecycle programs and implement process improvements, which has resulted in enhanced efficiencies realized across the enterprise. Our support delivers increased value in support of IHS’ health information management, clinical care, and clinical quality measurement needs.
As a critical component of cyber security, risk management ensures that client data is effectively secure, compliant, and controlled. U.S. Air Force Acquisition Execution Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support
Under this IDIQ, DDC IT Services supported the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Business Enterprise Systems Directorate (BES) in providing cyber security and RMF expertise for BES systems across critical functional areas. Our cyber and RMF SMEs delivered strategic consulting and expertise concerning cybersecurity controls, ensured RMF compliance, and implemented DISA STIGs and SRGs applicable to system IA-enabled components. We provided policy application and RMF guidance to ensure that IT systems were compliant with USAF standards. Throughout multiple task orders, we delivered enhanced program efficiencies, which was recognized by our USAF client. On our CPARS reports, the client stated that our team “provided the USAF with very good technical and risk and cybersecurity SME support and conducted RMF strategies, execution plans, and artifacts effectively, keeping programs on track and creating schedule efficiencies. SMEs were consistently knowledgeable about all security controls and policy implementation and were repeatedly able to save schedule/resources. The team works seamlessly to provide very good support to our AFRIMS user base. They continue to be customer-oriented and focused on the USAF mission.”

U.S. Air Force Client System Technician Services
DDC IT Services delivers end user services in support of the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) 88th Communications Squadron (88 CS) and other serviced organizations within the Wright- Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) area. Our highly skilled team maintains, sustains, and enhances Air Force servers, systems, applications, databases, networks, hardware, and software. We perform hands-on and remote work on end-user and shared devices, firmware, software, and local and network logical objects/structures on WPAFB networks. We work closely with end users and customer organizations across the AFLCMC to implement operational improvements. BROWN
PRESIDENT
With more than 20 years of consulting experience in the government sector, Zach brings a wealth of expertise to his role as President of DDC IT Services. In previous positions with Fortune 500 companies, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, and KPMG Consulting, Zach led organizational change initiatives and business development strategies while achieving success in contract performance.
Zach joined the DDC organization in 2019 as Director of Operations for Diné Source, where he fortified the company’s growth in the SBA 8(a) Program. In this role, Zach spearheaded operations and enhanced performance while fueling program efficiencies. His achievements demonstrate his keen ability to cultivate a positive organizational culture among employees, customers, and partners, while posturing the company to execute and deliver in an evolving 8(a) landscape. In 2024, Zach was named President of DDC IT Services, where he oversees company operations while driving business performance and growth. Leading business development efforts, he enhances positioning to ensure successful program execution and delivery.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Professional Certification of Organizational Change and Development (PCOCD).
