U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Procuring Contracting Officer Letter (PCOL) Writing Solution IDIQ

The PCOL writing tool is currently deployed to approximately 17 AFLCMC program offices. Our team supports requirements and design to update baseline configurations, as well as other solution lifecycle areas. Our team established a robust architectural foundation and produced a solution design by analyzing the business problem and capturing the requirements against the capabilities of SharePoint and the PCOL Framework. We adapted current baseline solutions utilizing the configuration of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, and workflows with outof-the-box configurations where possible. Our team executed the following services in support of PCOLrequirements and design, configuration and testing, implementation, training, and deployment.

Our business intelligence practice creates operational efficiencies through access to and analysis of realtime data to enable informed decision making, problem identification, and resolution. We utilize the Microsoft BI stack coupled with Microsoft Azure and SharePoint to develop cost effective BI solutions for our clients.

U.S. Air Force AFNet Enterprise Information Services (AFNet EIS)/ Air Force Materiel Command Enterprise Information Services (AFMC EIS) Sustainment and Software Support

The enterprise-wide, Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) Microsoft SharePoint platform provides collaborative spaces for libraries, workflows, organizational portals, automated business processes, enterprise search, and information distribution. Diné Source supports the AF EIS by maintaining and sustaining the environment, which supports USAFA Major Commands (MAJCOMs), functional agencies, communities of practice, and Joint DoD mission partners worldwide. Our team supports 200,000+ knowledge workers, 60+ terabytes of data content, 5,000+ site collections, and 180,000 My Sites.

Throughout our performance, our SMEs consolidated the former AFMC EIS with the AFNet EIS into the AF EIS, the current on-premise SharePoint farm. We currently migrate the AF EIS farm and all MAJCOM on-premise instances to the DoD O365 cloud. We install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and manage the farm. We re-host the systems, support the migration of data to other platforms, and conduct technical refreshes to the operational environments as part of the system sustainment. By the end of our contract in 2023, we expect to migrate every AF SharePoint environment to the cloud and allow all legacy farms to be shut down, which will save the AF hundreds of thousands of dollars in equipment maintenance and on-site support.

Our cloud services team specializes in providing cloud migration assessments and cloud migration services to seamlessly migrate applications and data to approved government cloud providers. Diné Source software engineers deliver software development and information assurance (IA) support to DoD programs.
