As a subcontractor to NOVA-Diné on the DISA Cyber Services Information Assurance Support task order, North Stone provided the DISA Cyber Services Division with technical and operational expertise to ensure the security of DISA's IT enterprise. Our cyber specialists delivered vulnerability management by conducting network security scans and operational security activities. We performed scans to analyze and confirm that access controls and credentials were issued in adherence to role-based performance while ensuring compliance with applicable DoD IA directives. North Stone’s analysis of the DISA network assets were critical to delivering key recommendations for implementing enhancements and robust authentication policies and processes for the SIPRNet. Our team supported the achievement of a mission assurance posture that delivered the security and continuity of the DISA's internal IT enterprise infrastructure and services against an evolving spectrum of threats.

Support (Tiers 1-3)
In support of the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) 88th Communications Squadron (88CS), North Stone supports the Client System Technician (CST) Services as a subcontractor to DDC IT Services. North Stone works with government leads to provide high-quality CST support for the Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, Air Force Material Command (AFMC), AFLCMC, and 88 ABW. We perform hands-on and remote support of end-user and shared devices, firmware, software, hardware, and local and network logical objects and structures on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). Since contract start, our team has performed exceptionally in eliminating the ticket backlog, decreasing response times, and improving customer satisfaction. Due to excellent team performance, we have accomplished several additional customer requests including 250 reimaged laptops, Purebred migration, and VoIP support. As we continue to perform, we plan to expand the team to support additional organizations within WPAFB and continually improve the 88 CS’ operational efficiency.
