BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ VACANCY

Diné Development Corporation is seeking members to fill our compensated Board of Directors’ positions.

The Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is a for-profit corporation created and wholly owned by the Navajo Nation. DDC is the holding company for several subsidiary companies.

Vision: Leverage our legacy to advance the future of the Navajo Nation and achieve sustainable community prosperity.

Mission: To provide government agencies and commercial organizations with high-quality IT, professional, and environmental services that support our clients’ missions while building upon the legacy of the Navajo Nation to elevate our people and the communities we serve.

The Opportunity
DDC is seeking qualified individuals, including members of the Navajo Nation, to serve on its Board. Responsibilities of this position will include attending quarterly meetings, assignment to a Board committee, and as needed additional time for various projects. In person attendance of meetings is expected. We highly encourage members of the Navajo Nation and individuals with SBA, Legal, Financial, Environmental, Federal Contracting, Military Leadership, Information Technology, Employee Management, and Corporate Board Governance experience to apply.
