DDC 4C Awarded Paging System Contract at Gallup Indian Medical Center

Scottsdale, AZ – February 12, 2025 – DDC 4C is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract by the Indian Health Service (IHS) to implement a paging system at the Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC), located in Gallup, New Mexico. This contract, which has a one-year period of performance, will support GIMC’s efforts to enhance operational efficiency and improve communication across the facility.

DDC 4C will implement an IP network-based overhead paging system designed to streamline communication, improve response times, and increase operational effectiveness. The initiative aligns with GIMC’s goals of meeting hospital standards for overhead paging and safety. GIMC serves a vast patient population, with 250,000 outpatient encounters and 5,800 inpatient admissions annually. With the largest staff of all Northern Arizona Indian Health Service (NAIHS) facilities, GIMC is also a Level 3 trauma hospital, making the upgrade critical to the facility’s ongoing commitment to high-quality care.

“We are proud to continue our partnership with IHS in support of its mission to provide quality healthcare services for American Indians and Alaska Natives,” said Brian Worrilow, President of DDC 4C. “This project highlights our ability to deliver impactful IT solutions that make a difference in critical healthcare settings.”

Jamie Dahlum, DDC Vice President of Growth and Strategy, Health IT, commented, “This award reflects the continued growth of our Health IT market and strengthens our commitment to supporting IHS’ mission. It underscores our role in elevating healthcare communication infrastructure, and we are excited to contribute to this transformative initiative.”
