DDC Announces Kathryn Reed as Chief People Officer

Window Rock, Arizona, For Immediate Release, February 17, 2022 – DDC is pleased to announce Kathryn “Kathy” Reed as Chief People Officer (CPO), a new position for our expanding organization. In this role, Kathy will optimize people-centered activities to encompass hiring, training, professional development, and performance management for the optimal promotion of DDC’s strategy, growth, and bottom line.

Kathy’s career spans 30 years of industry experience as a human capital manager, strategic thought leader, and organizational culture champion with multiple professional licenses in human resources. Her role is critical to the refinement, design, and integration of organization-wide, cross-team systems and processes to ensure enhanced human capital processes and cultural efficiencies.

As a former CHRO and COO within the government contracting industry, Kathy managed business operations, oversaw commercial clients, and delivered human resource consulting while upholding exceptional service standards. Excelling in her previous role of DDC Interim Director of Human Resources, Kathy brings a wealth of experience in human resource project management and executive management advisement. In her new role, Kathy will oversee the DDC Human Resources, Recruiting, Security, and Health and Safety departments.
