NOVA Secures $990 Million IMCS IV Contract to Bolster Army’s Network Enterprise Center 

Window Rock, Arizona, For Immediate Release, August 10, 2023 NOVA-Diné, a subsidiary of Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and leading provider of seamless technology solutions, is thrilled to announce its prime contract award for the Army Network Enterprise Center (NEC) Information Management Communications Services IV (IMCS IV). As a five-year, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract valued at $990 million, this contract solidifies NOVA’s position as a trusted partner in support of the Army’s mission-critical IT systems.  

Under the IDIQ contract, NOVA will compete for task orders supporting the Army’s information management and communications systems by leveraging its extensive expertise and cutting-edge capabilities. With a 19-year history in implementing enterprise IT solutions for the Department of Defense (DOD), NOVA is ideally positioned to enhance NETCOM’s capabilities to ensure the integrity and reliability of critical Army networks.  

The contract underscores NOVA’s commitment to providing mission-focused solutions that empower our nation’s armed forces and honor the Navajo legacy of innovation. By leveraging its industry-leading technologies and skilled workforce, the team will partner with the Army to implement robust measures to safeguard critical assets, bolster network resilience, and maximize operational efficiency.
