Contract Highlight
NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Environmental Compliance Services

DDC 4C delivered a range of environmental compliance services through 21 task orders under this five-year IDIQ contract. We supported NASA in providing environmental and natural resource management; environmental planning and impact assessment; waste prevention and management; water and air management; and release response and remediation services. We partnered with GSFC in advancing its mission through regulation compliance, risk mitigation, environmental stewardship and sustainability, and continuous innovation. DDC 4C received “Very Good” and “Exceptional” CPARS quality-related ratings throughout the contract, demonstrating our outstanding performance in meeting and exceeding program objectives. Dorrence Levy, Contract Specialist, stated: “Technical support and analysis related to several areas of regulatory development and compliance have been of benefit to the Government. In both air and waste, [DDC 4C’s] support in tracking and assessing the regulatory development and potential impact to NASA allowed for early and rapid action to ensure compliance.”

Contract Highlight
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) South Atlantic Division (SAD) Environmental Remediation Services

As a subcontractor, DDC 4C supports the USACE South Atlantic Division (SAD) Savannah District (SAS) with a suite of natural resource management services performed across multiple task orders. Our on-site field teams provide forestry services; prescribed burning; stormwater and water reuse, wildlife habitat enhancement; invasive species management; and environmental compliance to promote the conservation of ecosystems across the Southeast. We leverage our expertise to promote environmental stewardship through sustainable solutions in support of clients of the USACE, SAD, and Southeastern Regional Environmental Office on the Installation Management Agency (SERO). We fuse time-tested approaches with bold ingenuity to advance the program’s objectives of sustainment, restoration, modernization.

Brian
Worrilow
PRESIDENT

Brian Worrilow has been appointed President of DDC 4C, BRIC, and DDC Construction Services, bringing over two decades of experience in federal contracting, program management, and strategic growth leadership. Throughout his distinguished career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in capture management, strategic planning, proposal development, and operational management within a competitive and direct award environment while consistently achieving double-digit revenue growth. His comprehensive understanding of government regulations, coupled with a proven ability to navigate complex contracting environments, has enabled him to consistently deliver innovative solutions and operational excellence.

Before joining DDC, Mr. Worrilow served as the Director of Professional Services at PERIKIN Enterprises, where he led a diverse portfolio encompassing Programmatic Support, Technical Services, and Environmental Services for government clients. He was instrumental in developing high-performing teams, driving business development efforts, and implementing growth strategies that increased backlog contracts and expanded market share. His leadership in capture management, guided by the Shipley methodology, resulted in a high win rate, while his commitment to operational efficiency reduced project hours and enhanced profitability.

Mr. Worrilow’s passion for fostering collaboration and empowering teams aligns seamlessly with DDC’s mission-driven and community-focused approach. “I am honored to join DDC and excited to lead these dynamic subsidiaries into their next phase of growth. Together, we will continue delivering impactful solutions, creating new economic opportunities, and strengthening our commitment to the Navajo Nation and our federal partners.”

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University, along with multiple industry certifications.
