DDC IT Services is proud to announce the recent award of two DISA EcoSystem Mainframe Line of Business (MLOB) Contracts.
Under these contracts, DDC IT Services will support MLOB in both the East and the West at the Mechanicsburg, PA and Ogden, UT DISA locations.
The MLOB supports a geographically dispersed customer base, drawn from Department of Defense Agencies. The DDC IT Services team will provide DISA support in provisioning all mainframe hardware and storage environments, focusing on ways to optimize system performance and workload balance, while ensuring Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Security Requirement Guide (SRG) standards. Additionally, DDC IT Services will provide application and database support for a wide range of mainframe products that are installed and configured to meet customer specific needs.
The DISA MLOB operating environment supports mission critical, worldwide customer applications 24 hours a day, seven days a week. DDC IT Services welcomes the opportunity to provide the necessary support to ensure highly skilled resources are obtained and deployed. Our goal is to always meet and exceed the mission critical requirements of the MLOB. We are excited to support their many exciting new initiatives of mainframe modernization.
